Hours of Operation: M-F 8am-7pm, Sat & Sun 10-5pm



  1. 1.First and foremost, our employees are dog lovers (some say borderline junkies). 

  2. 2.But we’re not just dog people.  We are “people people” too.  Feel free to chat or ask us questions.  We like that.

  3. 3.Our staff is caring, attentive and trained to positively reinforce wanted behavior through rewards.  Employees are required to take Pet First Aid/CPR administered by the American Red Cross and must meet requirements regarding knowledge of canine breeds, behavior, training, and general wellness.

  4. 4.The (human) owner is an honors graduate from Animal Behavior College and an active member of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers), an organization committed to strengthening trainers through education.  He and Lucy live in the building. 

  5. 5.We are proud members of the Pet Care Services Association (formerly the American Boarding Kennels Association) committed to their Code of Ethics and the Pet Owners’ Bill of Rights.

  6. 6.We are 100% legal, bonded and insured.

  3. 9.Our facility is state-of-the-art with high quality HEPA air purification system and 24/7 controlled temperature.

  4. 10.Non-porous rubber flooring, gentle for paws and joints during playtime.

  5. 11.Natural daylight pours into the play area through large windows.

  6. 12.Drainage system in place for more efficient and effective cleanup.

  7. 13.Filtered water and high quality treats are free of charge while under our care.

  8. 14.Our food and cleaning/grooming products are safe, holistic and all natural.

  9. 15.Overnight guests sleep on technologically advanced bedding that provides luxury and designed to repel dirt and liquids reducing the spread of bacteria and odor.

  10. 16.Paid parking available next door for convenience.  Who wants to look for parking?

  2. 18.To ensure the safety of our furry and non-furry friends we only accept dogs that are fully vaccinated, non-aggressive and well-socialized.

  3. 19.We have great relationships with local vets and emergency procedures are in place should any breakouts or injuries occur.

  4. 20.We take the time to get to know you and your dog.  Every dog has different needs and drives and is treated like an individual here.

  5. 21.We believe in quality not quantity.  We frown on overcrowding as it can lead to stress, anxiety and problem behavior. 

  6. 22.Playtime is fun, safe and stimulating.  We rotate toys and activities daily so that your dog is mentally and physically stimulated during her stay.

  7. 23.We balance your dog’s time with the right amount of play and rest.  Every dog needs individual downtime. 

  8. 24.We do not cage dry our grooming clients.  We prefer to blow dry with cool air. It’s peace of mind.

  9. 25.We like being community minded and make efforts to give back to various organizations when we can through special events and charitable donations.
